Terms & Conditions Delivery:
Items that are held in stock will be despatched by return of post as soon as we have received your payment.
We will aim to get your order to you within 3 working days and the price on checkout will include standard parcel delivery.
Although we try to maintain stock of all items, shortages can occur. If any item is out of stock, we will provide you with our best estimate of expected delivery dates.
If this is not acceptable we will issue you with a full refund.
Local Orders from Alton will be personally delivered on the day of purchase provided the order is received before 2pm. Local orders are delivered free of charge.

Our goods are of the highest quality and we know that you will adore your purhases.However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging, and in original condition and a refund of the purchase price of the item will be made to you.
P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

Please remember that you are responsible for any goods returned until they reach us. We do recommend that you obtain proof of posting when you return any products. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of the package(s). There is no need to call before posting your return.

For delivery anywhere in the UK and Northern Ireland, postage and packing will be charged at £3.95.

While colour photography and printing are as accurate as possible, slight variations from the original may occur. All products comply with the appropriate safety and consumer regulations.
